Research Intern<\/strong> ( Global Executive Search Firm, based in Taipei. Nanjing Fuxing station)<\/p>\n

(Can start the internship immediately! <\/strong>\u00a0Internship can be during Semester or in summer or winter vacation.) <\/strong><\/p>\n

\u3010Role & Responsibility \u3011
\n1. Use online and proprietary databases to identify candidates. Screening candidates on the phone interviews2. Research \u00a0in various industries (companies) such as tech, financial, and non-tech sector
\n3. Maintaining and updating database and candidates for research purpose.
\n4. Involving preparing reports in Executive Search and Various retainer Projects.
\n5. Coping with administrative matters.
\n6. Able to work in a global work environment and learn all industries in a very short time7. After graduation can be promoted as permanent Researcher.<\/p>\n

\u3010Requirements\u3011
\n1. College students \u00a0and graduate students in various Majors expected to graduate in 2022\/2023.
\n2. Expect full-time during summer\/winter vacation (can be flexible); flexible working hours (at least 2-3 full days or at least 20 hours per week) during the semester.
\n3. Good team player, abilities to work under pressure, and commitment to the internship.
\n4. Basic knowledge in Human Resource Management and Business Administration.
\n5. Excellent English communication skills<\/strong> are required (Reading and Writing).<\/p>\n

  1. Outgoing and creative personality. Can make cold calls with strangers and think outside of box to find solution.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
